Delivery Options
We deliver items nationwide, throughout Malaysia using Pos Laju and/or Pos Ekspress. For International Buyers, do drop us an email for shipping options.
The postage rates are as follow:
Pos Laju (signature required upon delivery):
West Malaysia: RM6
East Malaysia: RM8
Pos Ekspress (no signature required upon delivery):
Nationwide: RM4.50
Kindly take note that Rah-Rah Collections will not be held responsible for any items lost or damaged during the delivery period. We will ensure that all items are in good condition before being sent for dispatch. We will deliver according to the address submitted in the order form and customers will have to bear for extra delivery charges should the items are returned due to incorrect address (as stated in the order form) or change of address.
Delivery Period
Customers can expect delivery within 2-3 days upon payment. Items will be sent out for dispatch on the same day if payment is made and confirmed to us before 11AM. We will inform you promptly should there be any delayed delivery.
